Do You Handle Your Own ISN Account?
If your company handles your own ISN account but need an ISNetworld RAVS® compliant program, or you already have an existing program but need to add additional polices due to owner-client requirements, AYUDA can handle this for you.
Need To Set-Up Your First ISN Account?
AYUDA can manage the process for you, from 0-100% compliance (This solution is available to US-based companies only):
- Completing company information, uploading your logo, employees, and more
- Partial or 100% assistance of your General MSQ, USA MSQ, and Owner/Client MSQ
- The ISNetworld RAVS® program requires a lengthy and confusing dive into endless uploads and documentation; AYUDA professionals use a complete HSE Compliance solution with each meeting ISN requirements
- Reviewing and submitting OSHA 300 logs and insurance documentation
ISNetworld Client-Focused Maintenance Service
Initially, upon taking on your account:
- AYUDA professionals will review your MSQ in order to ensure 100% compliance to this module;
- AYUDA will access your company dashboard at ISNetworld in order to determine exactly which written programs are required by your customer and ISNetworld;
- AYUDA professionals will review your current Safety Management Programs that you have implemented to date against ISNetworld’s RAVS® requirements. Any requirement that is lacking in your existing program can either be added to your existing program or you can substitute a policy AYUDA has developed; and
- AYUDA professionals can develop any programs that are required by your customer that are not included in your Health and Safety Manual.
AYUDA professionals will complete all of the required RAVS® questionnaires (HSE Written Program Self Review and Gap Analysis). This step alone will save you and or your staff many hour of tedious work.
AYUDA can convert all of your Management Safety Program documents to Adobe PDF format, ready for uploading directly to ISNetworld’s website. This is a critical timesaving step because you can avoid mailing a hardcopy to ISNetworld and waiting on them to review and scan the documents into their online system for your customer to review.
If ISNetworld determines that any program is less than 100% passing, AYUDA will make any and all required changes at no additional cost to you.
Once Initial Review Is Complete
Once AYUDA has initially reviewed your ISN account and brought it into compliance, AYUDA professionals will continue to manage your account for you, freeing up you and/or your staff to perform other value-added tasks, saving you valuable time and money.
Ongoing maintenance can include all or any combination of the following services:
- Update and maintain your company information;
- Manage your employee information;
- Monitor your account for updates that would require action and immediately communicate this information to your key personnel;
- Submit reports to key personnel of items that need to be addressed by the contractor; and
- Update documentation/management programs to stay in conformance with ISNetworld’s and your customer’s requirements.
Your ISN account is monitored on a weekly basis to identify any high-priority communications or notifications of substantive changes.
Quarterly your MSQ and RAVS will be reviewed and updated.
