Pricing

AYUDA has not introduced a price increase /re-structuring since its doors opened in January 2008.  With the ever worsening economy, it was important to us to keep our prices as low as possible.  However, the state of the economy has now begun to affect AYUDA’s bottom line significantly which in turn means we must re-adjust our pricing structure as follows:

Increased Day Rate ~ Discontinued the Fuel Surcharge ~ Increased the Mileage Fee to Include Vehicle Wear/Tear and Travel Time ~ Decreased Surcharge on Airline Tickets, Car Rental/Related Fuel, Taxi ~  Added Per Person Admin/Printing Fees

General Training and /or OQ Training

  •  $1300 per day, plus per person training materials fee (varies by course ) and *expenses - No Class Minimum, Class Limit of 15 (negotiable) ++
  •  $30 per person for administrative/printing fees

++ Pricing based on a 10 hour day to allow for pre/post class preparation and administration.  Days exceeding 10 hours in one day will be billed at $130 per hour.

Performance Evaluation/Verification Services, Including NCCER, Veriforce, EWN, MEA

  • $1300 per day, plus $30 per person submission fees, per person, per title (NCCER only at this time) and *expenses++

++ Pricing based on a 10 hour day to allow for pre/post PE/PV session preparation and administration.  Days exceeding 10 hours in one day will be billed at $130 per hour.++

Tools/ Equipment/Materials

  • $125 per day, not to exceed $375 in one week: Optional Fee charged only if  your company does not have all necessary tools/materials/equipment for your training or hands-on evaluations and AYUDA is able to provide them.

NCCER Written Assessment Services, Pipeline and Construction

  • Single Assessment Administered at AYUDA’s Office: $130 for each assessment administered
  • Group Rates: $130 per hour for NCCER Certified Proctor (four (4) hour minimum) plus $85 per each NCCER computer-based test and *expenses
  • Volume/Multiple Assessment Pricing/Discounts Available
NCCER Consulting Services – $130 per hour, plus *expenses
  • Do you need an NCCER Sponsor? We accept applications for those seeking NCCER Sponsorship.
  • New NCCER? Need assistance setting up NCCER compliance files?
  • Upcoming NCCER audit? Need assistance preparing for that audit?

General Pipeline  & Construction Consulting Services

  • $130 per hour for Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)
  • “Comprehensive” Project Pricing/Discounts Available

*Expenses may include (as are applicable):

  • Mileage/Travel Time – 1.25 per mile
  • Travel, Airfare/Rental Car/Fuel, Taxi, if applicable – Cost plus 5%
  • Lodging/Meals/Misc – $250 per day
